You get to sellect from numbers of newly harvested top Go-sanke. We have lots of people visit in the last week of October, when we have Niigata Nougyousai (aguriculture festival) show. If you have time and want to enjoy visiting around, this may be the best season for you - breeders have lots of time to spare, they'd like your company very much.Late January - April
Tosai （1/2 year old) We harvest Tosai koi late September-early October. We usually don't sell these untill late January. Tosai are weak when they come right up from mud ponds.It takes us a month or longer to get them in feeding condition. They are not yet ready for sale then.
